Design Services Refund & Cancellation Policy
All design services are non-refundable. However, one full revision is included within 30 days of delivery to ensure you're completely satisfied.
To ensure a smooth process, please note that if we do not receive any communication from you within 30 days of purchasing our services, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that all clients receive timely services.
Additionally, if we have had contact from you, but no contact is received by you (where it is required by us) for a period of 30 days, you order will be cancelled. No work will be provided as we do not delivery incomplete projects, and no refund will be issued.
If your circumstances change and you require that a project is put on hold for a period of 30 days or more, please contact us to re-schedule the project.
Digital Products Refund Policy
Digital produts and downloads are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items. Therefore all digital products are non-refundable. If you have issues with a digital product, please contact us here and we will help resolve it for you.
Physical Products Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 6 hours if you change your mind. However as we work as efficiently as we can, after this time items may already be despatched. No cancellations after 6 hours will be accepted.
Most physical products supplied by Tamarilloh will be vintage. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe the exact condition of each item we list for sale, however it's important to note that vintage items are rarely perfect. Signs of age and wear and tear are usually evident and are not considered a fault, but add to the charm of the product. However if you feel your item was incorrectly advertised, please contact us for a solution.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 21 days of delivery:
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were received in the last 21 days
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs
The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact us here prior to returning your purchase to confirm shipping address and necessary details.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
