Tamarilloh returns are simple and hassle-free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will happily accept returns up to 30 days from your receipt of goods. Products must beun-worn and un-used, in the original condition you received them and in their original packaging for you to qualify for a full refund.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
1. Make sure your purchase is un-worn and in the condition in which is was received, in original and undamaged packaging.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for your unique RETURN FOR REFUND
code, and confirmation of return address. You will not be applicable for a refund without this code.
3. Re-package goods using adequate packing to ensure they are not damaged in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so it's a good idea to get tracking with your postal or courier service.
Provided that your goods have been returned within 30 days of receipt, un-worn, un-damaged and in their original condition and packaging, your money will be refunded in full through the same tender as the original purchase. Just ensure that your unique returns code is included with your returned goods.
Please note: Any shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.

REPAIRS OR FAULTY GOODS
In the event that the item you have purchased is faulty, or arrives damaged, we will try our hardest to have it repaired or replaced. If you notice a fault, do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
